The company is a privately held firm that is engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of composite components, gluings metal-metal, superficial assembly of aeronautical structures. The firm was established in 1995 by the Instituto de Fomento de Andalucia and Construcciones Aeronauticas SA. It has its registered corporate office in La Rinconada, Spain. The company primarily manufactures structural components of all models of European aircraft consortium, Airbus (A-320 and A-340), the Casa (CN-235 and C-295), deep rudders MD-11 Boeing / Douglas, and elements of the Ariane V. It also manufactures structures and fairings of compound using materials such as honeycomb, prepreg fiber carbon glass, and aramida fiber. The firm has participated in programs namely CN-235, C-295, Airbus and MD-11, Douglas MD11, sectors throwing Ariane V, Airbus A320-HTP (Estabilizador Horizontal), Airbus A330/A340-HTP (Estabilizador Horizontal), Airbus A380, Boeing 777, and Giat-Eurocopter.
